Harper & Reid creates curated journeys that bring the culture of a city to life.

Harper & Reid composes small-group journeys focused on music, literature, theatre and the cultural life of remarkable cities around the world.
We do not rush from sight to sight or assemble itineraries for the sake of being busy. We compose experiences with rhythm, purpose and enough space for discovery.
Our journeys are curated with you in mind.
// Begin the conversation
Begin the conversation by contacting us through our online contact form. We will then send you the Booking Form, Terms and Conditions, payment details and everything else you need to join us.
Your place on the journey is reserved once we have received your completed Booking Form and deposit. As our groups are deliberately small, we regret that we cannot reserve places without receipt of the deposit.
// 60 Days Before the Journey
60 days prior to departure, once six travellers have registered, the journey will be confirmed and will proceed with a Harper & Reid Journey Director. We will contact everyone travelling with us with confirmation, further information about the journey and details regarding payment of the balance.
Should fewer than six travellers have registered by this date, the journey may be cancelled. In the unlikely event that this happens, you may choose either to receive a full refund or to continue with the journey independently.
If you choose to travel independently, we will do everything reasonably possible to help you make the transition from a hosted Harper & Reid journey to your own journey as seamless as possible. Any applicable refunds or adjustments will be considered individually and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
// 45 Days Before the Journey
45 days prior to departure, you will receive your airline tickets and flight information. We will also provide guidance on travel insurance, visas and any other documentation you may need.
// 30 Days Before the Journey
30 days prior to departure, you will receive your Harper & Reid Journey Companion.
Created especially for each journey, this curated and bound volume contains cultural notes, practical information, background to the performances and experiences ahead, recommendations for your leisure time, suggested reading and listening, and other carefully chosen pieces intended to enrich the journey before it has even begun.
// 5 Days Before the Journey
5 days prior to departure, we will be in touch once more with a reminder of your flight and transit information, along with details of where and how we will meet when you arrive.
And, of course, you are warmly welcome to speak with us at any time between these milestones.
We enjoy getting to know the people who travel with us. The conversations that begin before departure are part of the journey too.
